About me
Travis has over 13 years experience in fitness and exercise and loves to make fitness fun and exciting, frequently creating new ways to exercise . Travis has served in the british armed forces as well as being a Leisure manager and Fitness manager.
The fitness companies Travis has worked for are Fitness First , Village Hotels , Kicks Leisure, The Waterside Hotel Didsbury and Esporta now called Virgin Active.

About me
Stephen O’Hearns qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013 from Salford University on the part time course over 4 years. Stephen’s background in the main has been in sport after leaving school; he spent 2 years at Stockport County as a Professional Footballer. Since qualifying as a physiotherapist, Stephen has worked at Macclesfield Spire Hospital in an outpatient setting covering a wide scope of different injuries and helping patients with post-operative surgery.

Qualifications
BSc Honours physiotherapist- Salford University
Stephen holds a UEFA Level B football coaching badge which helps him understand the mechanisms of injury which may arise from playing sport. Stephen has a keen interest in all musculoskeletal conditions.
Stephen also works part time with Manchester City Football Club Academy.
